About Diane Hall
Diane is a third generation Southern Californian, born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley in a little town called Temple City. Diane’s grandfather and father were “Eggmen”. They raised chickens and sold their eggs to stores and markets. Since she was a child, Diane loved to look at the beautiful Sierra Madre Mountains close to her home and often stayed at her great grandfather’s cabin up in Lake Arrowhead. After she got married and had her first child Jason, she noticed her mountains could no longer be seen do to the amount of smog that had invaded the cities. Her son would come home from kindergarten coughing so badly from the smog he had to lie down and rest. Realizing that the pollution was affecting them, Diane and her husband made a decision that would affect the rest of their lives. In 1976 they decided to move up to Northern California where the mountains were still clean and so was the air. They chose a little town called Mount Aukum, in El Dorado County and built their first home on five acres of land.
Diane and her husband started a construction company and consequently bought property, developed, built and sold many homes in the El Dorado County area. The Sierra foothills were a beautiful place to live and raise a family. Always an avid horse lover, Diane was able to once again have her horses at home. Diane had two more children when she moved up north, a daughter named Heather and a son Joshua. Her children enjoyed the rural county living and the small school structure.
In 1990 Diane starting working as a full time agent. Since she had been involved in the real estate industry for years selling her own homes, it was easy to see why she became a licensed agent. Her knowledge of the area and of the home building and land developing process greatly enhanced her ability to help her clients find their own property. Because Diane has continued to raise and show horses, she found that she enjoyed selling horse properties the best. Horse people seem to have their own lingo and having an understanding of the specific needs that equestrian people have is Diane’s expertise.
Since becoming a full time agent in 1990 Diane has become one of the top agents in El Dorado and Amador Counties. She owns her own Remax Gold Office in Diamond springs, has three buyers agents , including her son Jason, and a full time office manager. Diane's daughter Heather, is an attorney in Jackson,Ca. and is also a real estate agent who handles Diane's financial and legal aspects, and an occasional client of her own. Diane is a lifetime top achiever and in 2006 was inducted into the Remax Hall of Fame.
Diane welcomes people to come and visit her in her little country office. Service is her motto. Diane believes that helping people find their dream home or ranch is the most rewarding thing an agent can do. “The people, whom I sell homes to, will live and work in my community and I want to make sure they are happy during the home buying process and long afterwords”. Diane and her team of agents work together to help each other and their clients. It is this friendly and supportive attitude that makes her team one of the top 10 Remax teams consistently over the past 5 years.
